Single Spindle Tapping Machine

Single spindle tapping machine is used for tapping from 3mm to 28mm Pitch, suitable for trapezoidal threads.

• Designed to manufacture components with threads having 3 to 4 starts.
• Machine is made for tapping of thread for TR31 x 28/4 start, i.e 7 mm pitch & 28 mm lead.
• Vertical slide is provided with a servo motor for precise movements and accurate thread cutting.
• Machine is equipped with an extremely user friendly but advanced HMI Panel.
• Spindle RPM is controlled by variable frequency drive.
